The Finnish experts have shared experience on a critical nursing care during simulation training
In pursuance of the Road map on introduction of the integrated model of delivery of health care at an acute myocardial infarction and also, for implementation of the signed memorandum of cooperation between Management of health care of the city of Astana and the University of applied sciences of JAMK and Federation of the Universities of Applied Sciences (Finland) from September 25 to September 29, 2017 on the basis of Educational clinical center Astana there took place the training on a subject: "The simulation course on nursing for nurses of intensive care units, acute management and the accident ward" with participation of specialists of the Universities of applied sciences (Jyvaskyla and Lahti, Finland) Paivi Saares and Kaisu Paalanen.
During the program participants got practical experience by means of imitating training. It was focused on creation of competence and a professional self-rating of nurses on critical leaving.
After completion of a master class participants could carry out full and appropriate assessment of critically sick patient and also show knowledge, clinical and technical skills and abilities of decision-making at care of seriously ill patients.
All participants of the intensive program were handed the international certificates.
